 Quick exhaust valve is an important component in pneumatic control, one-way direction control component. It is usually arranged between the cylinder and the steering valve to prevent the gas in the cylinder from being directly discharged through the steering valve.

  Quick exhaust valve can also be called quick exhaust valve, usually used in pneumatic brake system. Its function is to provide compressed gas for the two subsystems. In pneumatic brake engineering machinery, most of the parking brake inlets used for springs provide and exhaust the brakes.

The structure of the    quick exhaust valve constitutes the structure of the quick exhaust valve.

  Quick-discharge valve consists of upper and lower valve bodies, valve core diaphragms and connecting screws. It has three interfaces. Of these three interfaces, only two interfaces are connected at any time.

Advantages of quick exhaust valve:

   1. The float of the quick exhaust valve uses low-density PP material. Even if it is immersed in high temperature water for a long time, it will not be deformed and will not cause difficulty in the movement of the pontoon.

  2. The buoy lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the buoy and the support adopts a movable connection, so it will not rust during long-term operation, which will cause the system to fail to work and leak water.

  3. The sealing end surface of the lever is made of spring support, which can be expanded and contracted according to the movement of the lever to ensure the tightness without exhaust.

  Quick exhaust valve performance requirements

   1. When the quick discharge valve generates negative pressure in the pipeline, the piston should be opened quickly and a large amount of external air should be quickly absorbed to ensure that the pipeline will not be damaged due to negative pressure. And under working pressure, it can discharge the trace air accumulated in the pipeline.

   2. The quick exhaust valve should have a relatively high air closing pressure. In a short period of time before the piston is closed, there should be sufficient capacity to complete the air discharge in the pipeline and improve the water delivery efficiency.

  3. The water closing pressure of the exhaust valve should be less than 0.02 MPa, and the exhaust valve can be closed at a lower water pressure to avoid a large amount of water influx.

   4. The quick exhaust valve should have a large exhaust volume. When the empty pipe of the pipeline is filled with water, it can be quickly exhausted and restored to the normal water supply capacity in a short time.

   5. The quick-discharge valve should use stainless steel float (floating bucket) as the opening and closing parts.

  6. ​​The valve body of the quick exhaust valve should be equipped with an anti-impact protection inner cylinder to prevent the high-speed water flow directly affecting the floating ball (floating bucket) after a large amount of exhaust, and causing premature damage to the floating ball (floating bucket).

  7. The DN≥100 exhaust valve adopts a split structure and is composed of a large number of exhaust valves and automatic exhaust valves to meet the requirements of pipeline pressure. The automatic exhaust valve should use an anti-lever mechanism to greatly amplify the buoyancy of the floating ball and close the low water level. Impurities in the water are not easy to contact the sealing surface, and the exhaust port will not be blocked, and its resistance performance can be greatly improved. At the same time, under high pressure conditions, due to the added force of the compound lever, the floating ball can drop synchronously with the water level, so the door closing parts will not be sucked by the high pressure like the high pressure, so as to normally exhaust.

   8. For high flow rates, frequent starting of the water pump and working conditions of DN ≥ 100, in order to slow down the impact of water flow, a buffer plug valve should be installed in the quick discharge valve. The buffer plug valve should be able to prevent a large amount of water spray, but does not affect a large amount of exhaust, so as to prevent the water delivery efficiency from being affected, and effectively prevent water hammer from occurring.
