Air pressure reducing valve is generally used for room temperature medium. According to the structure, it can be divided into pilot pressure reducing valve and direct acting pressure reducing valve. The pilot pressure reducing valve is composed of a pilot valve and a main valve. There is a pressure regulating spring in the pilot valve. The rotation of the gas pressure reducing valve can change the outlet pressure of the gas pressure reducing valve, and directly acting on the pressure reducing valve by turning the adjusting screw on the spring to change the compression amount of the adjusting spring, thereby changing the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve. 1. Voltage adjustment range

The pressure adjustment range refers to the adjustable control range of the output pressure P2 of the pressure reducing valve. The specified accuracy is required within this range. The pressure adjustment range is mainly related to the stiffness of the pressure regulating spring.

2. Pressure characteristics:

Pressure characteristics refer to the output pressure fluctuation characteristics caused by input pressure fluctuations when the flow g is a fixed value. The smaller the output pressure fluctuation, the better the characteristics of the pressure reducing valve. The output pressure must be lower than the input pressure value, so that it does not follow Input pressure change.

3. Traffic characteristics:

The flow characteristic refers to the continuity of the input pressure timing. The output pressure changes with the change of the output flow g. When the flow g changes, the smaller the output pressure change is, the better. The lower the output pressure, the smaller the output flow fluctuation.
